Warranty & Repair

We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our Relics. 

We offer a one-year limited warranty on all pieces; providing collectors with a complimentary repair. 

What's covered:

We will happily cover manufacturing defects such as:

  • Loose prongs
  • Cracks
  • Obvious manufacturing errors or defects
  • Stone resetting due to improper prong or setting errors

We will also cover return postage.

What's not covered:

  • Lost or stolen pieces
  • Improperly stored pieces which sustain damage
  • Any third-party modifications
  • Damage caused by human/external factors (gouges, scratches, cuts, etc.)
  • Normal wear and tear or patina from wear

Please note:

Every Relic is handmade and has its own unique attributes, form, marks, stones and is 1-of-a-kind. These factors vary from piece to piece and from what may be portrayed online. These are not defects, and will not be repaired.

Stone Replacement Under Warranty

If a center or mainstay stone falls out of a piece due to an improper setting or manufacturing error or defect, we will happily cover the repair and resetting within the one-year warranty timeframe. 

If a stone falls out and is lost, we require 25% of the order value in order to secure a new stone. The setting repair in such case will be complimentary.

If several mainstay stones have been lost, we will assess the cost on a case-by-case basis.

Stone Replacement Outside Warranty

We are happy to help make repairs for a Relic outside of the 1-year warranty timeframe. However, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be the sole financial responsibility of the collector, including postage.
