Returns
We provide collectors with a 10-day return window from time of receipt to return or exchange their purchase. Please note: all rings and international orders are FINAL SALE.
In order to start a return, please send an email to returns@10relics.com with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject line. Please include any important information in the body of the email.
Once received, we will send you an email with packaging and shipping instructions, provided your return meets the below requirements.
Return Requirements
All returns must be overnight posted via FedEx or UPS to the indicated address with full insurance and a signature required
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it for the following:
Returns must:
- Be within the 10-day return window; no exceptions
- Be in their original, perfect unworn condition with no signs of damage
- Be in their original internal and external packaging with no signs of damage (not including mailer box)
- Have all tags, stickers, certificates, folios, warranty cards and any other literature sent with the piece
If all of these criteria are met, we will approve the return and issue a refund to the original card used for payment less original postage.
Again, please note:
- All rings are FINAL SALE; no returns or refunds. They are custom made to you specifically and lock a serial number into that size.
- All international orders are FINAL SALE regardless of the type of piece; no exceptions.
- We cannot provide refunds or reimbursements for overnight return postage.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy. When checking out, you will be prompted to agree to these terms of purchase.
10 Relics reserves the absolute right to reject a return or exchange if all the conditions above are not met, including falling outside of the 10-day return/exchange window.
In such cases, you will be notified by email that your return request has been denied.
Exchanges
Exchanges are provided free of charge, excluding shipping costs. All the criteria above for returns must be met for an exchange to be approved.
To start an exchange, please send an email to returns@10relics.com with your order number and the word "Exchange" in the subject line. Please include any important information in the body of the email.
Once received and inspected, we will send you an email with packaging and shipping instructions, provided your exchange meets the return requirements. Exchanges must be posted overnight via FedEx or UPS with signature and full insurance.
Please note:
- All rings orders are ineligible for exchanges and are FINAL SALE. They are custom made to you and lock a serial number into that size.
- We cannot provide refunds or reimbursements for overnight return postage.
- All international orders are FINAL SALE.
If the new Relic you have selected is a higher price than the one you are exchanging, you will receive an email to remit the difference. If the replacement is a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the original form of payment.
If the piece is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days overnight via FedEx. If it is not in stock, it will be shipped overnight once our artisans have completed the piece (4-6 weeks).
Prior to shipment, you will receive an email prompting you to provide payment for shipping.
Important Information
Each Relic is handmade and has its own unique marks and stones that tell the story of individual craftsmanship--we value the perfect imperfections of handmade products.
As such, we do not accept returns based on the irregularities or eccentricities of design, finish or otherwise. These are a mainstay in our art and design, so please consider this before purchasing.
During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), return windows may be extended to one month.
If a Relic arrives to you damaged or opened, we will cover return shipping costs, provided the return is due to our error. Claims of this nature must be made within 10 days of receiving your Relic, no exceptions.
10 Relics is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, alterations, or cosmetic damage caused by normal wear and aging.
