By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Purchase. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any of its services.

These Terms of Service and Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our products, website, and services. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and any linked policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Use of Site

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (or have guardian consent) to purchase from 10 Relics LLC or use 10 Relics LLC website.
• You agree not to use our website or products for illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes.
• You may not transmit malware, spam, or disruptive/destructive code through or to our site.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion for any reason.

2. Orders & Payments

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Affirm and wire transfers.
• Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.
• We do not charge VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. For international orders, these are the responsibility of the customer.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We do not offer installment plans.
• Prices may change without notice. Once your order is confirmed, price changes will not apply retroactively.
• Orders are binding when you receive a Shipping Confirmation from us. We may cancel an order for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• U.S. Orders: Shipped overnight, insured, adult signature required.
• International Orders: Accepted on a case-by-case basis, shipped with signature and insurance (typically DHL).
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
• If your package arrives damaged:
  • If the carrier caused the damage, we will assist with a carrier claim.
  • If the product itself has a manufacturing defect, 10 Relics LLC will take responsibility.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original, unused condition and returned via overnight shipping, insured, with signature required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. We do not provide store credit.
• Final Sale Items: All rings and international orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 days of purchase, provided fulfillment has not already begun. Once fulfillment has begun, orders will not be refunded. If the product ordered is eligible for a return/exchange, we will assist in that process. All rings and international orders are final sale.

6. Product Information & Warranty

• Natural variations in gemstones, metals, textures, and finishes are inherent to handcrafted jewelry and not considered defects.
• 10 Relics LLC offers a warranty program. Complete terms and coverage details are provided on our Warranty Page.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, videos, logos, text, and other content are the exclusive property of 10 Relics LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• 10 Relics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
• Our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of our website. We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services (carriers, payment processors, etc.).
• Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusions or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10 Relics LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or infringement of any rights.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to 10 Relics LLC or others.
• Termination does not affect rights and obligations already incurred (for example, payment owed or obligations related to purchases).

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wisconsin.
• Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
• You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Updates will be posted on our website.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our linked policies (Returns & Exchanges Page, Warranty Page, Privacy Policy), represent the entire agreement between you and 10 Relics LLC. They supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
