10 Relics is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed recognized accessibility standards and to provide a consistent, usable experience across devices and assistive technologies.
Standards we follow
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable. WCAG is an internationally accepted standard for web accessibility and covers things like text alternatives for images, keyboard navigation, color contrast, and captioning for media.
What we’ve done so far
We continually work to improve site accessibility and have taken steps such as:
- Designing pages to be responsive and scalable for different screen sizes.
- Providing text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images where possible.
- Using semantic HTML for headings and form controls to support screen readers.
- Implementing keyboard-accessible navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Offering captions or transcripts for key video/audio content where available.
- Using SSL encryption and standard security practices that do not interfere with accessibility.
Tools and testing
We perform a mix of automated scans and manual testing across browsers and devices. We test for compatibility with common assistive technologies (for example, screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) and use analytics and user feedback to find and fix barriers.
Third-party content and platforms
Our online store is hosted on Shopify and we use third-party services for payments, shipping, marketing, and embedded content (for example: payment processors, video hosts, ad platforms, and analytics providers). While we work to choose partners who support accessibility, some third-party content, widgets, or documents may not be fully accessible. Where possible, we request accessible alternatives from our providers and seek to remediate issues quickly.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet meet WCAG 2.1 AA in all respects. Examples may include older PDFs, legacy content, third-party embeds, or some interactive widgets. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know at info@10relics.com and we will help you get the information you need or provide an accessible alternative.
How to request an alternative format or assistance
If you have difficulty accessing any portion of the site or need information in an alternative format (for example a product description in text form, an invoice, or help placing an order), contact us at info@10relics.com and we will provide a reasonable accommodation.
Please include: the web page or product you were trying to access, the nature of the problem, and the preferred format for receiving the information. We aim to respond promptly to accommodation requests and to provide a timeline for resolution.
Reporting accessibility problems and feedback process
We welcome feedback about accessibility and will use it to improve the site. When reporting an issue, please provide as much detail as possible (page URL, device and browser you used, assistive technology if any, and a brief description or screenshot). We aim to respond within two business days and to provide an estimated timeframe for remediation; many issues can be resolved quickly, while more complex problems may take longer.
Enforcement and your rights
This statement is not intended to limit or alter any legal rights you may have. If you prefer, you may also contact a relevant enforcing agency in your jurisdiction. We take accessibility seriously and will work to resolve complaints in good faith.
Ongoing efforts and maintenance
Accessibility is an ongoing priority. We regularly:
- Review and update our content and design to improve accessibility.
- Monitor third-party integrations for accessibility and request improvements from providers when needed.
- Conduct periodic accessibility audits (automated and manual).
- Train staff on accessibility best practices and accommodation procedures.
Compatibility and recommended browsers
We design our site to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and common assistive technologies. If you experience problems, try updating your browser or assistive software to the latest version, or contact us for help.
Privacy and accessibility requests
When you contact us with an accessibility request, we will only use the information you provide to respond to your request and for related administrative purposes. For more on how we handle personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
Updates to this statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect improvements or changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date above.
