Each Relic is a one-of-a-kind piece and irreplaceable. Below you'll find how we ensure your heirloom arrives safely to you (or back to us). 

Shipping & Delivery

When we've finished crafting your Relic, we provide free overnight shipping with insurance via FedEx for all US domestic orders. Adult signature is required. 

Relics are made to order specifically for you. Please allow 4-6 weeks for yours to arrive.

Please note: 

  • For security reasons, your billing address must match your shipping address in order to checkout. This helps us prevent fraud. If your order is a gift, we can provide discreet packaging.
  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
  • All shipments are made Monday-Friday.
  • We do not ship on major US holidays.

International Orders

For international collectors, once you've placed your order, a concierge will reach out to you and organize shipping.

Please note:

  • All international orders are FINAL SALE. This includes exchanges.
  • Most international orders are subject to local and national customs fees/duties and are the collector's responsibility to pay. VAT or other import fees are also the responsibility of the collector.
  • We cannot change a package's value and are not responsible for any fees incurred.

International packages returned due to failure to pay will not be refunded. In such cases, the collector will be responsible for secondary postage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you think your package has been lost or stolen, email us at info@10relics.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Because we ship all Relics with signature required, any packages marked as delivered will be considered as such.
  • Be sure to check with neighbors or building front desk staff to see if they may have your package.
